摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定咖酚伪麻分散片中的对乙酰氨基酚、盐酸伪麻黄碱和咖啡因。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱拄(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(20:80),流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长210nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚、盐酸伪麻黄碱和咖啡因的线性范围分别为0.0532~1.3355μg(r=0.9999)、0.0489~0.6110μg(r:0.9999)和0.0232~0.2895μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.6%、99.7%、99.7%(n=9)。结论所建方法分离效果好、灵敏度高、重复性好、准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP - HPLC method for determination of content of paracetamol, pseudoephedrine hydro- chloride and caffeine in Kafen Weima dispersible tablets. METHODS The samples were seperated by Diamonsil - C18 column ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm) with methanol- 0.05 mol. L-1 NaH2PO4 solution(20 : 80 ) as mobile phase and detected at 210 nm with flow rate of 1.0 ml. min- 1. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0532 - 1. 3355 μg for paracetamol, in the range of 0. 0489 - 0.6110 p,g for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, in the range of 0. 0232 - 0.2895 μg for caffeine. The average recoveries were 99.6% ,99.7% ,99.7% ( n = 9) , respectively. CONCLUSION The method is good in the aspect of resolution, reproducibility and sensitivity.
