摘要
目的：探讨锁定板技术治疗老年肱骨中上段骨折的近期疗效。方法：对25例肱骨中上段骨折的老年患者采用锁定板技术治疗。其中多发伤4例，病理性骨折1例；肱骨干中上段骨折8例，外科颈骨折17例。结果：本组25例伤口一期愈合，随访8周～12个月。骨折平均愈合时间2个月。肩肘关节功能满意。结论：锁定板技术并发症少、固定可靠、骨愈合率高，是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的有效方法。
Objective ： To observe the clinic results of locking plate technique in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture in old patiens. Methods ：Twenty five old patients with proximal humeral fractures, including eight cases of fractures in middle and superior segments of shaft of humerus, sixteen of fractures of surgical humerus neck, four of multiple injuries and one of pathological fracture, were treated by locking plate technique. Results： Twenty five cases were followed up from 8 weeks to 12 months; they obtained primary wound healing with mean bone healing of 2 months. All patients had satisfactory shoulder - elbow joint function. Conclusion： The locking plate technique is safe and effective for treating the proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients with high probability of bone healing and few complications.
