磷灰石型电解质La_(9.33)Si_6O_(26)的溶胶-凝胶法制备及性能研究

摘要 应用溶胶-凝胶法在1000℃下合成了磷灰石型电解质La_(9.33)Si_6O_(26),并采用正交实验法研究了水硅比、硅浓度以及pH值对样品合成的影响。合成的样品经XRD表征为单相的磷灰石结构,其比表面积为4.7m^2/g。合成的La_(933)Si_6O_(26)粉末样品经1500℃烧结10h,相对密度达83.8%,采用交流阻抗谱法测得其800℃时的氧离子电导率为1.15×10^(-3)S·cm^(-1)。 The electrolyte of apatite structure La9.33Si6O26 is synthesized by the sol-gel process. The dependence of the nature of the phases is studied by the orthogonal experiment of varying several parameters such as the by: drolysis rate, the silicon concentration and pH value. The obtained powders are apatite phase determined by XRD analysis, and the specific surface area of these oxyapatite materials is 4. 7m^2/g. After sintering at 1500℃ for 10h of the powders, the relative density of the sample is 83.8%, and the ionic conductivity is 1.15× 10^-3 S ·cm^-1 at 800℃ measured by AC impedance spectroscopy.
