摘要
目的了解骨科住院患者对疼痛护理的认识情况,以及目前提供的疼痛护理措施是否满足患者的实际需要。方法随机选择我院骨科3个创伤病区102例围术期患者,对其进行问卷调查。结果86.3%的患者接受过护士介绍相关疼痛护理知识宣教;89.2%的患者希望和比较希望护士向患者家属介绍护理疼痛知识;96.1%的患者表示护士对患者疼痛主诉的反应是关心的。但同时仍有21.6%和17.7%的患者对疼痛治疗的方法不太了解和不了解;40.2%的患者对待疼痛的态度是尽量忍耐。结论骨科住院患者在住院期间基本能够得到护士的疼痛护理;护士在对患者进行疼痛护理的同时,对其家属进行相关的疼痛护理知识和方法的指导很有必要;护士应该不断接受疼痛护理知识和技能的培训,以便为患者提供更好的相关服务。
Objective To investigate orthopedic inpatients＇ knowledge and demand of pain nursing, and whether the current pain nursing measures can meet actual needs of patients. Methods One hundred and two perioperative patients from 3 trauma wards were randomly selected and surveyed by questionnaire. Results Among the surveyed patients, 86. 3% got knowledge of pain nursing from nurse. 89.2 % hoped nurses can introduce pain nursing knowledge to their family members; 96.1% thought that nurses show their concerns about patients＂ complaints of pain. Meanwhile, 21.6% and 17.7% of patients knew little or nothing about pain management,and 40.2% had the attitude of tolerating with pain as much as possible. Conclusion Orthopedic inpatients can receive pain nursing during hospitalization. And health educaiton and direction on knowledge of pain management should aslo be conducted for family members. With continuous training on knowledge and skills of pain nursing, nurses can provide higher quality of care.
