摘要
目的:了解抗菌药物药敏现状,为抗菌药物临床合理使用提供资料。方法:统计湖南省郴州市第一人民医院儿童医院2007年住院患儿8种检出菌对17种抗菌药物的药敏试验结果并与其他地区结果比较。结果:G+球菌对万古霉素、亚胺培南-西司他丁、氨苄西林-舒巴坦、头孢噻肟、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、头孢他啶、苯唑西林、青霉素、红霉素敏感率分别为99.3%、97.7%、89.0%、87.3%、86.9%、84.6%、80.8%、60.3%、45.2%、36.7%;G-杆菌对头孢他啶、氯霉素、亚胺培南-西司他丁、头孢哌酮、氨曲南、头孢噻肟、哌拉西林、头孢曲松、氨苄西林-舒巴坦、头孢呋辛、头孢噻吩、氨苄西林敏感率分别为76.9%、74.5%、68.2%、58.2%、53.5%、51.5%、51.1%、36.9%、33.1%、15.2%、9.6%、7.8%;G-杆菌对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮敏感率较其他地区低,对头孢他啶敏感率高;G+球菌对青霉素、头孢唑林、头孢噻肟、苯唑西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦敏感率高;检出菌对万古霉素、亚胺培南-西司他丁敏感率相当。结论:要加强临床分离菌对抗菌药物敏感性监测。
Objective： To get information on the current status of antibiotics and to provide data for rational use of these drugs. Methods： The results of drug sensitive tests in inpatients of the children＇s hospital were statistically processed. The tests covered 17 antibiotics and the results were compared with those obtained by other hospitals. Results： The sensitive rates of G^＋ cocci to vancomycin, imipenemcilastatin, ampiciUin-sulbactam, cefotaxime, cefazolin, cefuroxime, ceftazidime, oxacillin, benzylpenicillin, erythromycin were 99.3%, 97.7%, 89.0%, 87.3%, 86.9%, 84.6%, 80.8%, 60.3%, 45.2%, 36.7% amd of G^- bacilli to ceftazidime, chloramphenicol, imipenem-cilastatin, cefoperazone, aztreonam, cefotaxime, piperacinin, ceftraxone, ampicillin-sulbactam, cefuroxime, cephalothin, ampicillinwere 76. 9%, 74. 5%, 68.2%, 58.2%, 53. 5%, 51. 5%, 51. 1%, 36. 9%, 33. 1%, 15.2%, 9. 6%, 7. 8%, respectively. The sensitive rates of G^- bacilli to ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, cefoperazone were lower than those in other hospitals; the sensitive rates of G^＋ cocci to benzylpeniciUin, cefazolin, cefotaxime, oxacillin, ampicillin-sulbactam were higher than other hospitals. Conclusions： More attention should be payed to the drug resistance of the bacteria clinically isolated.
