摘要
目的:观察通窍活血汤加减合葛根素治疗气滞血瘀型视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:将64例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组采用通窍活血汤加减合葛根素治疗,对照组单纯采用葛根素治疗。结果:治疗组在恢复视力、眼底出血吸收和改善视网膜渗漏等方面均明显优于对照组。结论:通窍活血汤加减合葛根素治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect on retinal vein obstruction treated by modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and puerarin. Method： 64 cases were randomly divided into 32 cases each in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group, cases in the treatment group treated by modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and puerarin and cases in the control group treated only by puerarin. Results ： The effects of restoring eye sight, absorbing retinal bleeding and improving retina leak in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group. Conclusion： Modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and puerarin had good effect for retinal vein obstruction.
