硒对紫花苜蓿产草量和品质的影响 被引量:19

摘要 在郑州市花园口镇研究了叶面喷施硒肥对紫花苜蓿产草量和品质的影响。结果表明:适量喷施硒肥能显著提高苜蓿产草量,以施硒50 mg.kg-1效果最好,产草量比对照提高1121 kg.hm-2;喷施硒肥能显著促进紫花苜蓿对锌和硒的吸收,分别以施硒100和200 mg.kg-1效果最好,含量分别比对照提高71.11%和9096.42%,积累量提高94.35%和9258.31%;适量喷施能显著促进磷、铜、锰、硼、钴和钼的吸收,对磷和铜而言,施硒100 mg.kg-1效果最好,含量分别比对照提高23.53%和34.38%,积累量提高40.75%和52.62%;对锰、硼、钴和钼而言,施硒50mg.kg-1效果最好,含量分别比对照提高21.64%、2.84%、23.08%和39.22%,积累量提高52.95%、29.92%、54.95%和75.52%;喷施硒肥未显著促进钙和铁的吸收;紫花苜蓿硒含量和积累量与施硒量呈正相关;锰、硼、钴、钼含量和积累量与施硒量呈负相关;锌、磷铜含量和积累量随施硒量增加呈先升后降趋势。 The effect of Se application by leaf surface spraying on the herbage yield and quality of alfalfa was studied at Huayuankou Town, Zhengzhou. The results show that the appropriate spraying Se eould remarkably increase the herbage yield of alfalfa, dosage of 50 mg Se · kg^-1 was the most effective and the herbage yield increased by 1121 kg · hm^-2 compared to the control. Se spraying could remarkably increase the accumulating amounts of Zn and Se in alfalfa and such effect was most effective by Se spraying at 100 mg Se · kg^-1 or 200 mg Se · kg^-1, respectively, which enhanced the content by 71.11% and 9096.42% and the accumulating amount by 94.35% and 9258.31% compared to the control, respectively. Appropriate Se spraying could remarkably increase the accumulating amounts of Co, Mo, Mn, B, P, and Cu in alfalfa. Application rate at 100 mg Se · kg^-1 was the most effective on P and Cu and the content was enhanced by 23.53% and 34.38% and the accumulating quantity was increased by 40.75% and 52.62% respectively compared to control. With respect to Mn, B, Co, and Mo, 50 mg Se · kg^-1 was the most effective, the contents were enhanced by 21. 64%, 2. 84%, 23. 08%, and 39. 22% and the accumulating amounts were increased by 52.95%, 29.92%, 54.95%, and 75.52%, respectively. There were no significant impacts of Se spraying on the accumulating amounts of Ca and Fe. The content and accumulating amount of Se in alfalfa were positively and those of Mn, B, Co, and Mo negatively related to the application rate of Se, while those of Zn, P, and Cu increased at beginning and then decreased with the increasing application rates of Se fertilizer.
