摘要
在建立超声悬浮机构有限元模型的基础上,计算了悬浮机构的固有频率。应用有限元谐响应分析理论和技术,分别计算了平板式和聚焦式谐振腔的声压分布及声场特性。结果表明,在相同激励条件下,聚焦式超声悬浮的声压较大,表明聚焦式超声悬浮能有效提高悬浮系统的悬浮性能;同时分析了聚焦式超声悬浮系统不同长度谐振腔下的声压分布和声场特性,通过自行研制的超声悬浮系统,进行了相应的试验,验证了仿真结果的正确性。
A three-dimensional parametric model of focusing ultrasonic levitation was built up with Pro/E, and a forth-symmetry finite element model of harmonic chamber was established based on the symmetry of harmonic chamber. The key working parameters of ultrasonic levitation were obtained by the modal analysis, and the harmonic analysis of the chamber model was carried out. The results showed that the capability of focusing levitation was better. Subsequently, the author analyzed the distributions and characteristics of the acoustic field in the chamber with various sizes. The corresponding experiments were carried out with the ultrasonic levitation system. The results indicate that the working properties parameters are in agreement with the simulated results.
