高校教师健康状况和生活方式的调查研究——以浙江大学和湖州师范学院为个案的比较研究 被引量:8

An Investigation of Teachers' Life Style and Health State in Higher Institutions——A comparative study of the teachers between Zhejiang University and Huzhou Teachers College

摘要 采用查阅文献资料、量表检测及数理统计等研究方法,对浙江省的浙江大学和湖州师范学院两所高校的91名在职教师的生活方式与健康状况进行调查研究.结果发现:目前高校在职教师的生活方式现状不容乐观,虽然对健身的认知程度较高,但健身行为不足,维持身体健康的意识转化到实际的对比效率不够;日常食物种类摄入单一,没有养成健康规律的饮食习惯,营养搭配欠合理;在心理健康方面也有待改进.建议高校在职教师养成良好的生活方式,把体育锻炼纳入日常生活,以改善自身的身体状况,合理搭配营养,保持心理健康,使生活方式日趋合理,以此提高身心健康水平. By looking up documents and materials, checking measures and adopting mathematical and physical statistics, the author has investigated the life style and health state of 91 teachers in Zhejiang University and Huzhou Teachers College and finds that the life style of the on - the - job teachers in higher institutions is not at all optimistic. Although they know much about the importance of good health, they have no concrete actions to keep fit. The ratio of their consciousness and their actual actions of keeping good health remains low. Their daily food is not rich in variety and they have not formed the eating habit that conforms to the health law. Their nutrition is not well arranged. Their mental health remains to be improved. We propose that on - the - job teachers in higher institutions should form a good life style and participate in constant physical training in order to improve their health, match rational nutrition, keep themselves mentally healthy, and make the life style more rational so as to improve the healthy level both physically and mentally.
