摘要
提出一种新的透水混凝土配合比设计方法,以球作为粗骨料颗粒的计算模型,测算单位体积粗骨料总表面积,再与裹浆厚度、水灰比和粗骨料堆积密度四个参数确定配合比。试验表明:在一定范围内,骨料粒径越大,水泥浆包裹越薄,透水混凝土的透水系数越大,强度越小,耐酸性能越差。通过材料的内部孔隙结构分析其性能变化规律,验证了该方法的合理性。
A new method of designing pervious concrete mixture proportion is introduced, the key four parameters of which are total area of aggregates, surrounding thickness of cement slurry, water to cement ratio and bulk density of aggregates.The total area of aggregates is figured out by surrounding spherical model.The experimental results show that the more aggregate radius and the thinner surrounding thickness of cement slurry is,the more permeability coefficient, the less strength and the worse acid resistance is.It finds shifty law of ability by analyzing material inner fabric of pore, and proves that the method is feasible.
