摘要 目的:探讨64层CT血管成像(MSCTA)诊断下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的方法和临床价值。方法:对46例临床疑有ASO患者行MSCTA检查,数据传至Wizard工作站,使用最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)、曲面重建(CPR)等多种后处理方法,结合轴位原始图像进行综合分析。结果:46例血管重建图像显示了ASO特有的征象,13例手术患者与MSCTA结果一致。结论:MSCTA对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的显示独具优势,对术前诊断及术后评价具有很高的临床价值。 Objectlve:To discuss the clinical value of 64-slice CT angiography in diagnosis of arteriesclerotic occlusive disease of lower limb. Methods:46 cases with clinically suspected arterioselemtie occlusive disease of lower llmb were performed with MSCTA. The data were transmitted to Wizard workstation and reconstructed by MIP, VR, CPR, and generally analyzed with original axial images. Results: 46 eases were performed successfully and the characteristic features were depicted. Results of MSCrA in 13 cases were identical with results of operation. Conclusion: MSCTA is valuable to demonstrate arterial disease in lower limb and, gradually, becomes the first modality to diagnose and evaluate the curative effect.
