摘要
以普通异步电动机为对象,阐述了对其冷却方式的改进,改进后的电机可用于变频调速拖动。通过实践尝试和效果测评,该系统改进效果良好,超低频状态下运行时,电机温升低、运行稳定。在变频改造中,具有显著降低改造费用、充分再利用旧设备等优点。
Taking the ordinary asynchronous motor as the object, its coolant conditions improvement can be completely used in the frequency conversion velocity modulation to drive, evaluating after testing through the practice attempt and the effect, the effect was good; In the very-low frequency long time movement, the electrical machinery temperature low, the movement is stable;the frequency conversion transformation have advantages of remarkably reducing the transformation expense, fully reusing old equipmentand so on.
