摘要
采用蒽酮比色法测定了四棱豆各器官的可溶性总糖含量,其块根、茎、叶、花、果实和种子中可溶性总糖的含量(干样品中百分比)分别为31.4%、12.3%、5.2%、28.0%、14.4%和13.8%.实验表明,四棱豆可溶性总糖的含量比较丰富,其中块根的含量最丰富,达31.4%.
Objective : The contents of the soluble sugar in winged bean was studied by the anthmne colorimetric method. The total contents of soluble sugar in the tuberous roots, stems, leaves, flowers, tender pods, seeds of winged bean were 31.4%, 12.3%, 5.2%, 28.0%, 14.4%, 13.8%, respectively. We drew a conclusion that the total contents of the soluble sugar was abundant.
