Gas control technology for coal mining face in protected seam under long distance to next seam

摘要 为了保证潘三矿B_(11-2)煤层17151(1)保护层工作面的安全顺利回采,在开采过程中,对17151(1)工作面瓦斯涌出来源进行了分析,根据分析结果提出了采用顺层钻孔瓦斯预抽、顶板走向钻孔采空区瓦斯抽放等瓦斯治理技术。结果表明,采前预抽及顶板走向钻孔抽放采空区瓦斯等技术可有效治理B_(11-2)下保护层工作面瓦斯超限问题,采前预抽对解决采煤工作面遇断层破碎带瓦斯超限效果十分明显。 In order to ensure a safety and successful mining operation in No. 17151 (1) mining face of the protective seam of B11 -2 seam in Pansan Mine, the paper analyzed the gas emission resources in No. 17151 ( 1 ) coal mining face during the coal mining operation. Base on the analysis results, the paper provided the gas pre-drainage with boreholes drilled in and along the seam, the gas drainage with boreholes drilled in the roof in the strike above the goaf and other gas control technology for the gas control. The results showed that the gas pre-drainage and the goal gas drainage with boreholes in along the strike of the roof above goal could effectively control the gas content over the limits of the B11 -2 coal mining face in the downward protective seam. The gas pre-drainage could have obvious benefits to solve the gas content over gas limits in the coal mining face with the fault broken zone.
