摘要
污泥是城市污水处理厂的伴生产物,也是一类可利用性极高的二次资源,对污泥资源化技术的研究一直倍受国内外学术界的关注。本文针对我国城市污水厂污泥的现状,在总结污泥资源化技术内涵的基础上,对污泥资源化技术进行了分类,并就污泥建材化技术、堆肥利用技术、能源化技术、材料化技术和蛋白质利用技术进行了详细综述与分析,对各种技术的发展前景进行了展望,认为适当处理后的污泥可以作为多种行业的替代或新型产品,即可取得经济效益,也可获得环境效益。同时,指出污泥资源化在中国的发展不仅需要在技术上持续创新,更重要的是需要在政策上大力支持。
As a concomitant of sewage treatment in urban effluent treatment plant, the sludge is also a kind of reuseful resource. More and more attention had been paid to the researched on sludge resource utilization technologies since the problem was brought out. This paper summarized the sludge utilization technologies, such as producing building materials, composting, alternative energy, composing function materials and sludge protein reuse, accord- ing to the status of sludge of urban effluent treatment plant in China. The technological connotation of sludge resource utilization was induced and the technological system was classified based on the analysis of the references, at the same time, the potential development was prospected. It was concluded that the treated sludge would be reutilized as some substitutes in many industries with the economic and environmental benefits. It was also pointed out that the persistent innovations of the technologies and support from government would act as the impetus for the sludge utilization in China.
