摘要
浅埋曲线顶管是一种新型复杂的顶管技术,由于覆盖土层薄,地层对扰动敏感,具有难以控制管-土作用效应的特殊性。采用有限元软件模拟大直径(D=2.64 m)曲线(R=250 m)土压平衡法下管、土力学效应,得出顶推力-位移关系、地层应力变化规律及曲线段混凝土管道的内力分布情况。
As a new complex pipe jacking construction technology, it is especially difficult for construction of curved pipe jacking project shallow buried to control the pipe-soil interaction effect, because of the thin soil cover on the pipe and the sensitivity of the soil cover to disturbance. A large-diameter (D = 2.64 m) curve (R = 250 m) pipe jacking construction by the earth pressure balance method is simulated and used by Finite Element software in this paper. The pipe-soil interaction effects are obtained through FEM analysis, including a relation curve between jacking force and displacement, the stress changes in law of the formation and the variation of concrete pipes internal forces distribution.
