摘要
利用有限元程序MIDAS/Civil建立了装配式预应力混凝土空心板桥整体计算模型并进行了计算,通过对比分析装配式空心板桥施加横向预应力前后的荷载横向分布影响线、结构位移与应力的变化,从理论上对加固效果进行分析,并探讨所施加的横向预应力大小对加固效果的影响。计算结果表明,采用该加固方法加固装配式预应力混凝土空心板桥,能有效改善荷载横向分布,增加空心板结构横向连接,减少单板受力现象发生,且加固效果明显;所施加横向预应力的大小对装配式预应力混凝土空心板桥的加固效果影响不大。该加固方法是一种治理装配式预应力混凝土空心板桥横向联系薄弱之病害的有效方法,对同类桥型的加固设计有一定借鉴作用。
An integrated three dimensional finite element model of a typical fabricated PC hollow slab bridge was built by a general FEM program named MIDAS/Civil and a number of calculations were done. The strengthening effect was analyzed in theory by comparing changes such as the lateral load distribution influence line, the vertical displacements and the stress distributions before and after reinforcement of the bridge. The strengthening effect influenced by the magnitudes of the transverse prestress was also discussed. Calculation results show that (1) prominent strengthening effect can be obtained by this method, which can effectively improve the lateral load distributions, enhance the transverse connection between hollow slabs, and decrease possibility of the situation that a separate hollow slab bearing loads; (2) the magnitude of the transverse prestress applying to the bridge has little effect on the strengthening effect. This strengthening method is effective to solve the weakness transverse connection between hollow slabs in fabricated PC hollow slab bridge and the research conclusions can provide referential experience to the same type of bridges.
