摘要
为了合理开发利用该难选萤石矿,根据该萤石矿的工艺矿物学特点,通过采用阶段磨矿、混合用药的选别工艺试验研究,较好地实现了萤石与石英的分离。闭路试验表明,当原矿品位为CaF243.11%、SiO245.24%时,可获得含CaF298.07%、回收率75.84%,含SiO20.77%、回收率0.57%的精矿指标。
In order to rationally develop this refractory Fluorite mine. based on process mineralogical characteristics of this ore, a mineral proceessing technology which is research stage grinding, mixed-use reagent was adopted for better separating CaF: and SiO,, The closed-circuit test showed that a concentrate assaying CaF2 98.07%, SiO2 0.77% was obtained, the recovery was 75.84%, 0.57% respectively when the original ore concentrate was CaF2 43. 11%, SiO2, 45.24%.
