低电压保护装置的研究

摘要 为了克服以往继电保护的滞后性,基于故障信号的保护原理,笔者设计了一套基于故障预判断的低电压继电保护装置。硬件上采集了多个电压量和数字量,并设计了内部故障辨别模块,能够自动识别进线低电压和由负载故障引起的低电压。软件中采用一系列逻辑判断,以提高预判断能力。实验证明该装置运行可靠,能够在故障发生前将故障线路切除,实现了对故障的预判断。 To overcome the hysteretic problem of the traditional relay protection and to improve the protection theory of fault signal, a protection device based on lower voltage is designed, which can be used to predict the fault. The hardware of the device contains an inner module of fault recognizing, which can automatically recognize lower voltage of transmission line and lower voltage of load fault by sampling voltage signals and digital signals. A series of logical algorithm performed by the software part improve the ability of prejudging. The result indicates that the device is reliable and can cut off the fault line in advance, it realizes the function of fault prediction.
