摘要
目的:探讨不同年龄层次员工连续2年患病率增长原因及应对措施。方法:收集我市电业局员工连续2年体检资料,采用均数±标准差(x±s)及χ2检验进行分析研究。结果:1280名健康体检者中,退休员工患病率2006年为91.5%,2007年为98.6%,增长7.1%;在职员工2006年为21.7%,2007年为52.9%,增长31.2%。结论:高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等慢性非传染性疾病已成为危害健康的主要疾病,应引起有关部门的高度重视,只有定期开展健康知识教育,建立健全的休假疗养制度,才能有效的促进员工的身心健康。
Objective:To compare the morbidity rate of two consecutive years in staff health examination at the different age groups and its velocity of increase, and investigate the causes of occurrence and its reply measures.Methods:The data of physical examination of two consecutive years in staff health examination of electric power bureau were collected and analysed with mean value plus standard deviation as well as Х^2 test.Results:Of 1280 persons undergoing health examination,the morbidity rate of the retired staff was 91.5% in 2006 and 98.6% in 2007 ,it increased by 7.1% ;the morbidity rate of in-service staff was 21.7% in 2006 and 52.9% in 2007 ,it increased by 31.2%.Conclusion:Hyperhpidemia,fatty liver,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes and so on have become the major diseases of endangering health,which should cause the relevant departments to attach great weight.Only by developing health education early and periodically and establishing a perfect system of furlough and convalescence,we can effectively promote the psychosomatic health of staff.
