摘要
以液体羧基丁腈橡胶作为表面改性剂对微米氮化硅进行表面改性,研究改性微米氮化硅补强NBR的性能。试验结果表明,微米氮化硅经液体羧基丁腈橡胶表面包覆改性后,可显著提高其在有机溶剂中的分散稳定性。与未加改性微米氮化硅的NBR胶料相比,改性微米氮化硅/NBR复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度提高,当改性微米氮化硅用量为1份时,复合材料的抗撕裂性能较好;当改性微米氮化硅用量为2.5份时,复合材料的拉伸性能较好。
The micrometer silicon nitride was modified by liquid carboxylated NBR, and the properties of NBR reinforced by modified micrometer silicone nitrid were investigated. The results showed that the dispersion stability of micrometer silicon nitride in organic solvent could be improved by modification with liquid carboxylated NBR; the tensile strength and tear strength of NBR increased when modified micrometer silicon nitride was added; the tear resistance of the composite was better with 1 phr of modified micrometer silicon nitride,and the tensile property of the composite was better with 2.5 phr of silicon nitride.
