张家山汉简《奏谳书》"黥城旦讲乞鞫案"比较全面地反映了秦国司法制度中的复审程序。这种程序包括:重审程序的提起(乞鞫)、书面审理(视其故狱)、开庭审理(讯与诊)、复审判决(鞫之)以及善后处理(谓与誉)。
＂黥城旦讲乞鞫案＂ in the Zouxianshu of Han bamboo slips from Zhangjiahsan reflects the reexamination procedure in the judicial system in the Qin State. This procedure includes the institute （乞鞫）, written inquisition （视其故狱）, sessional inquisition （讯与诊） ; reexamination judgement （鞫之） and disposal after dealing with problems （谓与誉） .
