沿海滩涂甘紫菜挥发油成分分析及抗菌活性研究

Analysis of Chemical Composition of Volatile Oil from Porphyra tenera Kjellm in Coastal Beach and Study on Antibacterial Activity

摘要 [目的]研究沿海滩涂甘紫菜的挥发油成分及抗菌活性。[方法]用水蒸气蒸馏法提取沿海滩涂甘紫菜干燥藻体的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其进行分析,结合计算机检索技术,对化学成分进行分离鉴定,应用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。[结果]从沿海滩涂甘紫菜的干燥藻体挥发油中分离出43种成分,鉴定出28种,鉴定率为65.12%。主要成分是对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯,含量为40.96%;其次是肉桂酸乙酯,含量为23.68%。抗菌活性研究表明,沿海滩涂甘紫菜的干燥藻体挥发油对绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显抑制作用,对枯草杆菌和大肠杆菌无抑制作用。[结论]该研究为沿海滩涂甘紫菜的进一步研究与开发应用提供了科学依据。 [ Objective] The purpose was to study the composition of volatile oil from Porphyra tenera Kjellm in coastal beach and its antibacterial activity. [ Method] The volatile components of dry frond of P. tenera in coastal beach were extracted with water steam distillation, the components were analyzed by using GC-MS, the chemical composition was separated and identified in combination of computer retrieval technology, and the relative content of each component was determined by means of normalization method of GC peak area. [ Result ] 43 components were separated from volatile oil of dry frond of P. tenera in coastal beach, in which 28 were identified and identification rate was 65.12%. The main component was methoxy-ethyl cianamate with content of 40.96%, next was ethyl cinnamate with content of 23.68%. The antibacterial activity research indicated that the volatile oil of dry frond of P. tenera in coastal beach had significant inhibition effect on both Bacillus pyocyaneus and Staphylococcus aureus, but no inhibition effect on Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coll. [ Conclusion] The scientific basis was provided for further research, development and application on P. tenera in coastal beach by this study.
