摘要
尽管中小学英语教师继续教育有了很大的发展,教育的模式以及课程的设置都更加科学合理,能满足不同程度教师的需求,但是,广大外语教师在学习过程中仍然不能很好地把握所学课程,不能把所学运用于实践。通过对中小学英语教学、中小学英语教师继续教育以及培训课程的设置及教学内容所存在的问题进行分析,并就此提出相关的建议及做法,以期促进我市中小学英语教学。
The continuing education for Middle and primary school English teachers in Xi＇an has developed greatly and the training modes and the courses development has become more scientific, but English teachers＇ poor grasp and practice in their actual teaching has been a big problem. After analyzing some existing problems in continuing education, training courses and teaching contents, the paper proposes some reasonable suggestions so as to improve English teaching in Middle and primary school in Xi＇an.
