摘要
当前世界各国都面临着土地资源不可持续利用的严峻考验。从土地污染的角度,讨论了土地资源的可持续问题。工业"三废"的排放、城市化进程和土地污染防治法律的滞后是引起土地资源不可持续利用的重要原因。为了防治土地污染,促进土地资源的可持续利用,许多国家都已经建立了相对完善的保护体系。着重介绍了美国、日本、德国等发达国家在治理和防治土壤污染方面的经验,并在此基础上对目前我国土地资源的可持续利用提出了建议。
Nowadays all countries were faced with the severe test of the unsustainable use of land resources. From the perspective of land containination,this paper discussed the issue of sustainable land resources. discharge from industrial enterprlses,the process of urbanization and the lag of land resources laws were the most important reasons which caused land resources unsustainable. In order to prevent soil pollution and promote sustainable use of land resaarces,many countries established the better protecting system.And this paper introduced many soil contamination of experience in United States,Japan and Germany,and also gave some inspiration and advice to promote the sustainable land use in China.
