摘要
糖尿病是一类因胰岛素分泌不足、胰岛素作用低下或胰岛素抵抗引起的糖代谢紊乱,继发脂肪和蛋白质代谢障碍的疾病。其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,在天然药物中寻找安全有效的降血糖及防治糖尿病并发症的药物具有重要意义。本文就近年来糖尿病治疗药物的进展进行简要综述。
Diabetes mellitus is a disease which caused by the disorder of glycometabolism, fat metabolism and protein metabolism which usually due to the inadequacy of insulin, the ineffective of insulin or the counteract to insulin. The incidence of diabetes mellitus is ascending years by years. It is very significant to find a drug, which can lower the blood glucose and prevent and cure the complication of diabetes mellitus safety and effectively, in the natural products. This article intend to review the research progress of the drug treatment to the diabetes mellitus.
