摘要
目的探讨卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)技术治疗男性因素不育的临床效果。方法对45例男性因素不育症患者共计53个ICSI治疗周期进行了回顾性的分析。结果53个ICSI治疗周期共取卵535个,MⅡ期卵母细胞423个,MⅡ期卵母细胞正常受精率82.3%,卵裂率89.1%,临床妊娠16例,周期临床妊娠率为30.2%。结论对男性因素不育症患者ICSI是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） in male infitility. Methods： 53 ICSI treatment cycles in male infertility were reviewed. Results ： In 53 treatment cycles, 535 oocytes were obtained, among which 423 were in metaphase Ⅱ（MⅡ ） . The normal fertilization rate of MⅡ oocytes was 82. 3%, the cleavage rate was 89. 1%. There were 16 cases achieved clinical pregnancy and the rate was 30. 2% per cycle. Conclusion： ICSI is an effective method in male infitility.
