摘要
目的探讨PPH在治疗重度痔中应用的临床价值。方法采用国产的圆形吻合器对41例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期重度痔进行手术治疗。结果手术平均时间21min,术后住院时间2-8天,全组患者术后痔回缩,随访3-36个月,无复发,无大便失禁、肛门狭窄或肛周脓肿形成等并发症。结论PPH手术具有安全、有效、术后痛苦少、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是一种治疗重度痔较好的新方法。
Objective To explore the clinical value of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （ PPH ）. Methods 41 cases with prolapse and hemorrhoids （Ⅲ - Ⅳdegree） were treated by stapler made in China and 8 cases by traditional circumferential hemorrhoidectomy. Results The operating time, blood lost, recovery time , hospitalization and complication in PPH groups were significantly better than those in tradition groups . There were no severe complications such as hemorrhoid recurrence, fecal incontinence, anal stenosis, perianal abscess in PPH groups Conclusion Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（ PPH ）, a safe and effective technique, has the advantages of less postoperative pain, quicker recovery and lower complications.
