摘要
中国休闲农业是20世纪70年代末开始发展起来的一个新的研究领域。休闲农业是随着经济的发展和旅游消费市场的需要而发展的,它为人们观光旅游、休闲健身、欣赏田园风光、享受农家乐趣等提供了新的空间场所。近年来,许多学者关于休闲农业开展了大量的研究,取得了大量的成果,经过总结归纳,主要对休闲农业的概念、属性特征、发展背景、发展模式、发展历程、意义和规划理论、原则进行了综述。在此基础上,提出了当前休闲农业研究中存在的问题并展望其发展前景。
Entertainment agriculture research begun in the middle and late of 1970s in China, and then for many scholars it remains the new field. Entertainment agriculture is a new kind of industry which combined agriculture with tourism with the development of agriculture economic and the demand of tourism consumption. It provides a new space for persons to have tourism,leisure and health, to appreciate rural scene,to experience the farmer＇s enjoyment etc. In recent years,many scholars have carried out a large number of researches,and obtained a lot of achievement on entertainment agriculture. This paper gave a brief summary of domestic research on the development of entertainment agriculture in recent year, which involved the conception, characteristics, model, meaning, developing and planning strategies. Problems and perspectives of entertainment agriculture were briefly elucidated.
