摘要
硬度是反映小麦加工品质的重要指标。为了快速测定小麦的硬度,应用微控制器、传感器和机电一体化等技术,对小麦颗粒硬度测定的关键技术进行了研究。采用PIC16F877单片机控制系统,开发了小麦颗粒硬度测控应用程序,实现了对单颗粒小麦硬度检测仪器的控制。通过检测小麦颗粒压碎时所需的压力,测定出小麦的硬度,掌握待测样品的均匀程度和样品的质量等级等。经试验分析,检测数据准确率达到90%以上,达到了实际应用的技术条件。
Hardness is an important indicator of quality reflecting wheat processing, the subject mainly uses MCU, machinery and power - generating equipment integrate and sensor technology, carrying on research of wheat particle characteristic key technology. Research of wheat particle hardness measurement and control application program which based on the PIC16F877 MCU, has realized the control of singlet wheat pelle degree of hardness instrumentation. Through examination the pressure when wheat pellet squash, determines the wheat degree of hardness, grasps the uniformity and quality scale of testing sample and so on. Through the experimental analysis, examines the data rate of accuracy to achieve above 90%, and reaches the practical application engineering factor.
