摘要
目的建立吗啡吸入成瘾大鼠模型,从而减少进行功能影像学检测时的干扰因素,更好地了解成瘾强化环路。方法将30只SD雄性大鼠随机分成吸入对照组、吸入成瘾组以及注射成瘾组,利用超声雾化吸入的方式建立吸入成瘾模型,将该模型与吸入对照组、注射成瘾组进行戒断反应对比,并将吸入组各组大鼠尿液、血液样本进行吗啡检测。结果吸入成瘾组各戒断反应与吸入对照组相比具有显著性差异,P<0.01;吸入成瘾组与注射成瘾组戒断反应比较无明显显著性差异;尿检及血液吗啡胶体金法检测,吸入成瘾组吗啡定性阳性。结论通过超声雾化吸入的方式建立吗啡吸入成瘾大鼠模型是切实可行的。
Objective Make morphinomania rat model by inhalation, and diminish interference of functional imageology and explore circuit of morphinomania addiction. Methods Thirty male Spragne-Dawley rats were divided randomly into control group of inhalation morphinomania group of inhalation and morphinomania group of injection, morphinomania model was established by inhalation; after morphinomania, the difference of withdrawal symptoms between three groups was analyzed, and level morphine in urine and blood of different groups was testeel. Results There were significant differences in withdrawal symptoms between morphinomania group of inhalation and control group of inhalation; No significant difference in withdrawal symptoms was found between morphinomania group of inhalation and morphinomania group of injection. Urine and blood morphinic tests of morphinomania group of inhalation are positive. Conclusion The method for making model of morphinomania by inhalation is feasible.
