针刺对MGH模型大鼠乳腺组织PCNA和BCL-2蛋白表达的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨针刺治疗乳腺增生病(MGH)和预防MGH癌变的机理。方法:对空白组外各组均造模,模型组、自愈组不治疗,对抗组于造模的同时行针刺治疗,治疗组于造模成功后行针刺治疗,治疗1个月后处死动物,采集各组乳腺组织,免疫组化SABC法检测PCNA、BCL-2。结果:PCNA含量治疗组低于自愈组、模型组(P<0.01),与空白组无差别(P>0.05),对抗组低于模型组(P<0.01)。BCL-2阳性表达积分治疗组、对抗组显著低于模型组(P<0.01),治疗组与空白组无差别(P>0.05)。结论:针刺对大鼠MGH的乳腺病理改变有一定抑制作用,并可加速其复常,通过阻断乳腺增生向乳腺癌发展的进程,发挥对MGH的治疗作用和对乳腺癌的预防作用。 Objective : Discussion the mechanism how acupuncture treat Mammary Gland Hyperplasia and prevent it to be cancer.Methods: Besides the blank group, each other group makes the model, the model group and the ego cure group do not give acupuncture treatment , the acupuncture resistance group start acupuncture treatment as the time as start make model, and the acupuncture treatment group is after making success model.Execute these rat after 1 month treatment, then takes the breast of the rat, examine PCNA and BCL-2 content according to the conventional Immunohistochemistry SABC law.Results: Compare the content of PCNA, the acupuncture treatment group lower than the ego cure groupand and the model group(P〈0.01); compares with the blank group, without difference (P〉0.05); the acupuncture resistance group obvious lower than the model group (P〈0.01); the comparetion result of the positive expression integral about BCL-2 is that, the acupuncture treatment group and the acupuncture resistance group obvious lower than the model group (P〈0.01);the acupuncture treatment group and the blank group without any difference (P〉0.05).Conclusions: Acupuncture on the breast of MGH pathological changes have a certain inhibit effect, and speed up its normalization, by blocking the proliferation of breast to breast cancer development process, to play the role of treatment function and to the breast cancer prevention function.
