农村“留守儿童”心理健康与抚养人教养方式的研究 被引量:14

Study on rural left-behind children's mental health and their guardians' rearing styles

摘要 目的:探讨农村"留守儿童"心理健康状况,并分析抚养人的育儿方式及与其心理健康的关系。方法:采用主要抚养人态度调查表和中学生心理健康量表对1049名初中生(306名"留守儿童")进行调查。结果:父亲外出组在心理健康多项因子上得分高于其他组;初三年级留守儿童在抑郁、焦虎、适应不良因子上的得分比非留守儿童高;留守女生抑郁因子得分高于男生。留守儿童临时抚养人在严厉、干涉程度上均低于父亲或母亲。结论:与母亲一起留守的儿童心理健康状况最差,初三"留守儿童"比"非留守儿童"心理健康状况差,留守女生比男生更加抑郁,这些与抚养人的教养方式有关。 Objective: To explore left-behind children' s mental health and analyse the relationship between the guardians' rearing styles and their mental health. Method: 1049 students(306 left-behind children)were investigated with MSSMHS and Guardian Rearing Attitude Questionnaire. Result: the scores of mental health for left-behind children with mothers were higher, and the rate of depression, anxiety of left-behind children in Grade 3 was higher, the left-behind girls' scores of depression were higher than the boys, the scores of punishment, interference from temporary guardians were lower. Conclusion: The mental health of left-behind children with mothers is the worst, the mental health of left-behind children in Grade 3 is worse than the others. Among left-behind children, girls are more depressed than boys, which is related to their guardians' rearing styles.
