摘要
对0Cr17Ni12Mo2奥氏体不锈钢试样在不同参数下进行等离子渗氮,测试分析了试样表面硬度分布,用光学显微镜观察卡环腐蚀前后的宏观形貌,XRD测量试样表面相成分,优化出最佳的工艺参数。结果表明,在炉内气压0.4kPa,渗氮温度350℃,渗氮12h,试样表面平均硬度能达到1000HV0.1以上,且具有较强的耐腐蚀性能。
Ion nitrided on 0Cr17Nil2Mo2 austenitic stainless steel samples with different kinds of parameters was stud- ied, and the microhardness of samples were analyzed. The surface morphology of ring sample before corroded and after corroded were observed using optical microscope. The surface composition of the samples nitrided with different parame- ters was analyzed with XRD. The results indicate that average hardness of samples' surface exceeds 1000 HV0. 1 when furnace pressure is 0.4 kPa and nitrided temperature is at 350 ℃ for 12 h, meanwhile, good bearing corrosion performance could be achieved as well.
