摘要
[目的]为兴山县烟叶生产提供理论指导。[方法]综合分析湖北省兴山县烟叶产区适宜种植烤烟的海拔、气象等气候因素,并将该区烟叶的外观质量、感官评吸质量与津巴布韦烟进行比较。[结果]兴山烟区具有与津巴布韦相似的气候环境条件,具备生产优质烤烟的气候条件,属优质烤烟适宜产区。2006~2007年兴山县烟叶质量取得较大进度,烤烟质量接近进口烟叶质量水平,兴山烤烟的内在化学成分特别是香气质、香气量与津巴布韦烤烟相似,出丝率、还原糖含量、两糖比值等理化指标表现出优势,香气质量有独特表现,但与国外优质烤烟仍有差距。[结论]兴山烟叶在保持原有质量优势的基础上,应提高烟气细腻程度和余味舒适感。
[ Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical directions for the tobacco production of Xingsban County. [ Method] The climatic factors suitable for planting flue-cured tobacco, such as altitude and wheather obaceo, in the producing area of Xingshan County in Hubei Province were analyzed comprehensively and the appearance quality and sensory smoking quality of tobacco of this area were compared with that of Zimbabwe tobacco. [ Result ] Xingshan tobacco area had climatic environment similar to that of Zimbabwe. It had climatic condition of producing flue-cured tobacco with good quality and its was a suitable production area for flue-cured tobacco with good quality. The tobacco quality of Xingshan County made bigger advance in 2006 -2007 and its quality of flue-cured tobacco was close to the quality level of imported tobacco. The inherent chemical components, especially aroma quality and quantity, of Xingshan flue-cured tobacco were similar to that of Zimbabwe flue-cured tobacco. It showed advantages on physical and chemical indices such as cut tobacco rate, reducing sugar content and two-sugar ratio and unique expressions in aroma quality, but it still had difference from foreign flue- cured tobacco with good quality. [ Conclusion] On the basis of keeping original quality advantages, the exquisite degree of smoke and the comfortable feeling of aftertaste of Xingsban tobacco should be enhanced.
