米糠富集γ-氨基丁酸的培养液组分优化 被引量:5

Optimization of Culture Solution Compositions for γ-aminobutyric Acid Accumulation in Rice Bran

摘要 采用响应面法对米糠富集γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的培养液组分谷氨酸钠(MSG)、CaCl_2和V_B_6等进行优化,利用Design Expert软件对米糠富集GABA的二次回归模型进行分析。结果表明,二次回归方程的决定系数R^2=0.959,方程能很好的预测GABA富集含量的变化。米糠富集GABA的最适培养液组分为MSG 59.2 mmol/L、CaCl_2 1.44 mmol/L、V_B_6 0.62 mmol/L,GABA富集最高量预测值为584.67 mg/100 g。 In this paper, the culture solution compositions (MSG, CaCl2, VB6 ) of GABA accumulation in rice bran were optimized with response surface methodology (RSM) and the quadric regression equation was analyzed by Design Expert software. The R-squared of the regression equation was 0. 959; the established equation could predict the GABA accumulation commendably at the range of factors in this design. The optimum composition of culture solution were MSG 59.2 mmol/L, CaCl2 1.44 mmol/L, VB6 0.62 mmol/L. Under these conditions, it was predicted that the highest accumulation of GABA was 584.67 mg/100 g.
