摘要
蛋白尿的产生不外乎本虚标实,邪实正虚,且两者相互影响。本虚责自肾脾肺,标实多见湿、浊、风、毒、瘀。肾虚封藏失司,固摄无权,精微下流;脾虚不能升清降浊,清气不升反而下泄,加之湿邪、外感风邪、毒邪、瘀血等,导致瘀阻肾络,精气不能畅流,壅而外溢,精微下泄而成蛋白尿。
The production of proteinuria is caused by nothing else but the asthenia of the principal and the sthenia of the secondary,the sthenia of the pathogens and the asthenia of the vital qi.The kidney,spleen and lung are responsible for the asthenia of the principal,while syndromes of damp,turbid,wind,toxin and blood stasis are mainly discovered in the sthenia of the secondary.The kidney defficiency caused the failure of storing the essence,leading to the flow of food essence,while the spleen defficiency caused the failure of asending the clean and descending the turbid,altogether with the pathogens of dampness,exo-pathogenic wind,toxin and blood stasis,leading to the stagnation of kidney collaterals and the overflow of essence and qi,finally leading to the proteinuria.
