摘要
目的研究白芷的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱、RP-C18及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法对白芷水溶性化学成份进行分离,用理化性质及波谱方法鉴定结构。结果从白芷Angelica dahurica分离鉴定了5个化合物:①7-O-β-D-Apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-Scopoletin(xeroboside);②aesculetin-6-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside;③tomenin;④isoscopolin;⑤Osmanthuside H。结论化合物1~5均首次从伞形科中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Angelica dahurica. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, RP - 18, and Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as 7 - O - β - D - Apiofuranosyl - (1→6) - β - D - Glucopyranosyl - Scopoletin(1), aesculetin - 6 - O - β - D - apiofuranosyl - ( 1→6 ) - O - β - D - glucopyranoside(2), tomenin(3), isoscopolin(4), Osmanthuside H(5). Conclusion Compound 1 to 5 were obtained from Umbeliferae for the first time.
