摘要
目的:探讨食管、贲门癌切除食管重建术后预防吻合口瘘的有效措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年1月～2006年10月食管癌、贲门癌切除消化道重建术病例512例。结果:全组病例术后吻合口狭窄43例(8.4%),心律失常36例(7.0%),肺部感染27例(5.3%),乳糜胸1例(0.2%),无吻合口瘘及近期死亡。结论:注重围手术期处理,保证吻合口血运,熟练掌握吻合技术和吻合器的运用,是避免食管重建术后吻合口瘘的关键。
Objective ：To summarize the effective measures of preventing anastomotic leaks following esophagus reconstruction operations.Methods：To retrospectively analyse the 512 patients with esophageal reconstruction consecutively operated between January 2001 to October 2006.Results ：Anastomotie stenosis was found in 43 eases（8.4%）, cardiac arrhythmia was found in 36 eases（7.0%）,lung infection was found in 27 cases （5.3%） and chylothorax was found in 1 case （0.2%）. There was no anastomotic leakage or death occurred recently .Conclusion：The key to avoid the anastomotie leaks after esophagus reconstruction operations is to pay attention to the treatment in perioperative period ,ensure the myocardial perfusion of the anastomosis and master the anastomotie technique and stapling devices
