摘要
采用自制的实验装置研究了富铈混合稀土时ZL201A合金在凝固过程中的准固态力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,稀土能降低合金准固相线温度,增加强度增长率和准固相线附近的强度,缩小准固态区、扩大准液态区,降低合金的热裂倾向性。
The influence of mischmetal on the mechanical properties and solid-liquid coexisting zone of ZL201A alloy during solidification has been investigated with equipment specially designed. The results obtained show that an addition of rare earths will lower to some extent quasi-solidus temperature,widen quasi-liquid region and narrow quasi-solid region. Rare earths enhance the strength around solidus and the rate of strength increase of the alloy- Moreover,they are able to decrease the tendency of hot cracking.
