维和医疗分队在任务期,主抽组医院参与管理是确保维和任务圆满完成的关键环节。本文结合工作实践,系统分析了主抽组医院实施跟踪管理的成功做法和主要成效,为维和医疗分队主抽组医院实施管理提供了经验。
During the peace - keeping mission of medical contingent, management of the sample - forming hospital was the important factor effecting the accomplishment of medical support. According to the author＇s experience, the article analyzed systematically the successful methods of accompaniment management of the sample - forming hospital to provide reference for other medical contingent.
