摘要
目的研究家庭病床患者的心理状态。方法对238例家庭病床患者应用SCL-90量表对患者的心理状态进行评价。结果调查对象心理状态都存在较多的问题,心理状态与基础疾病间存在较密切的联系。结论关注家庭病床患者的心理状态,将心理评估引入家庭病床患者的日常医疗服务中,使家庭病床在以全科医学为载体的社区卫生服务中发挥更大的作用。
Objective To investigate mental state of family ward patients. Methods A evaluation of SCL-90 scores was performed in 238 family ward patients. Results Many psychological problems were exited in family ward patients. There were close relationship between psychological state and basic diseases. Conclusions In order to make family ward play a more important role in community health service,we must pay more attention to patient＇ s psychological state, and psychological evaluation can be used in medical service for family ward patients.
