摘要
方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取合肥市区刺槐花中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行化学组分的分析,用归一化法测定其相对含量。结论:鉴定出20个组分,其含量占总挥发油组分峰面积的86.11%;并对合肥刺槐花与其它地区刺槐花的成分和含量作了比较,结果发现合肥市区刺槐花挥发油中酚类物质含量较高,与其它地区刺槐花中挥发油成分有明显不同。
The chemical constituents in essential oil of Sophora japonica L. flower from Zunyi city area were studied. The essential oil was extracted by team distillation equipment and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method. Twenty nine components were found in the separation, among which 20 components were identified. The sum of peak areas of the identified components was found to account for 86.11% of the total peak areas of omponents in essential oil. After making a comparison about the ingredients and content of Sophora japonica L.flowers between Zunyi area and other areas, richer , and that the we can know that phenolics of ingredient of essential oil of this essential oil in Sophora japonica L.flower in Zunyi area is much flower of such kind is quite distinct from that in other areas.
