摘要
从人性入手,阐释了改革开放以来,草原牧区草地退化、牧民分化及文明淡化的内在驱动力.草原生态环境问题是现阶段人性需求与社会、经济发展不和谐造成的必然结果;牧民群体分化是人性欲望追求下草地作为生产资料再分配的结果;文明淡化是传统草原文化受到人性释放而遭受冲撞的结果.草原生态保护必须以发展经济、完善社会保障为前提,通过重塑正确的人性追求价值观来实现人与人、人与社会、人与自然、人与文明的和谐.
It analyzes the drive force of grassland degradation, herdsmen differentiation and prairie culture changes since reform and opening up in China based on humanity. The deterioration of grassland ecological environment is the result of humanity needs, the unbalance social and economic development; the herdsmen differentiation is the result of redistribution of grassland production resources, and the traditional grassland culture changed is the result of the release and clash of humanity. Finally, it proposes that the grassland ecological protection must be based on the development of economy and the improvement of social security, and realize the harmony among human, society, nature and culture by remodeling the fight human values.
