活血止痛胶囊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病32例疗效观察 被引量：18

摘要 目的观察活血止痛胶囊结合推拿对神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法随机将62例神经根型颈椎病患者分为两组。治疗组32例用活血止痛胶囊加推拿治疗,对照单纯推拿治疗30例作观察,治疗20天后根据症状、体征进行疗效评定。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗后临床症状、体征积分分别是(7.68±2.74)分、(11.43±4.62)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组总有效率分别是93.8%、80.0%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛胶囊结合手法对神经根型颈椎病治疗有较好的治疗效果。
