摘要
Flower-like YBO3∶Eu3+ thin films were prepared on the AAO template by a hydrothermal method and the effects of some processing variables, such as temperature and calcinated time, were investigated. The formation of YBO3∶Eu3+ thin films were confirmed by EDX, XRD and PL spectra. The PL spectra show that the characteristic emission of the YBO3∶Eu3+/AAO thin film is the 5D0 →7F1 transition.
