摘要 [目的]探讨全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)病人腹腔内感染灶CT引导下微创介入治疗的护理。[方法]回顾性分析19例(21例次)SIRS病人腹腔内感染灶行CT引导下经皮穿刺引流治疗前后的护理。[结果]21例次均穿刺引流成功,达到满意疗效,治疗前后病人的体温、心率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]严密观察及精心护理是保证腹腔内感染灶微创介入治疗安全、有效实施的关键。
