以面粉为主要原料,辅以膳食纤维等制作膳食纤维营养保健饼干。采用多因素正交试验设计和产品感官质量综合鉴定方法,优化了膳食纤维营养保健饼干的最佳配方。
The dietary fiber bisucit selected wheat flour and dietary fiber as main raw materials, and the optimum formula was determined by the orthogonal experiment and comprehensive evaluation of sense.
