摘要
目的 探讨牙隐裂的临床诊断及综合治疗方法。方法 对无症状隐裂牙和有症状隐裂牙的临床诊断进行阐述,并针对16颗无症状早期隐裂牙中的13颗牙采取直接金属烤瓷冠（PFM）修复,58颗有症状隐裂牙采取完善根管治疗后,再行PFM修复。结果 在1-3年的疗效观察中,PFM修复的13颗无症状隐裂牙全部成功,成功率100%,58颗有症状隐裂牙总患牙保存率96.7%。结论 牙隐裂早期发现及早期PFM修复,可以减少牙髓炎和牙折裂的发生。
Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and synthesis therapeutic of cracked teeth.Methods Expound the clinical diagnose of the cracked teeth with no symptom and symptom.Of 16 early cracked teeth with no symptom,13 were treated by PFM.58 cracked teeth with symptom were treated by root canal therapy early,then treated by PFM.Results Curative effect was evaluated last 1-3 years.All 13 early cracked teeth with no symptom were succeeded,the achievment ratio was 100%,58 cracked teech with symptom,the preserve ratio was 96.7%.Conclusion it is important to find the cracked teeth early and PFM is a better method to treat cracked teeth.It can decrease the occurrence of pulptitis and fracture.
