摘要
目的研制护士自我概念量表，为评价护士的自我概念提供量化工具。方法根据美国田纳西州心理卫生部威廉姆斯编制的《自我概念量表》修订本结合护士职业态度量表，制定了护士职业自我概念量表，对120名护士进行测试，并进行信度效度分析。结果此量表具有良好的内容、结构效度和良好的内部一致性（Cronbach＇s α=0.87）。结论此量表可以作为评价护士职业自我概念的工具，具～有良好的针对性。
Objective To develop the Professional Self-concept Scale for Nurses so as to provide the quantization tool for evaluating nurses＇self-eonsepts. Methods According to the revised edition of Self-concept Scale by TIAN na-xi combined with Professional Attitude Scale for Nurses, the Professional Self-concept Scale for Nurses was developed. 120 nurses were investigated with this scale and the reliability and validity were analyzed. Results The scale shows good content validity, construct validity and coherence （ Cronbach＇s α=0.87 ）. Conclusions The scale is suitable to evaluate the nurses＇ professional self-concept and shows better direction.
